He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business.

Joel is passionate about risk in the energy market. After a career in financial services, he turned to the Oil and Gas sector to develop and deepen his expertise working for majors in London.

He is the founder of Eastonrock. He graduated with a first class in Mathematics and Finance at Winchester and completed an MSc in Quantitative Finance at Adam Smith Business School, Glasgow. He is currently pursuing PhD in Energy Economics at the University of Bath.

Peter joined Eastonrock with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience. He is the owner and Director of Mustard, a company with operations in the UK, Middle East and Asia.

Pete graduated in Ocean Science with Environmental Biology at the University of Plymouth.

ayman ibrahim

Chief Geologist

Ayman has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He worked for PGS, as a freelance, and most recently for TGS-Geopex.  

He developed a strong expertise in seismic data processing, quality assurance, and data analysis. His experience also spans geophysics project management and resource management.

Ayman graduated in Physics at the University of Alexandria and holds an MSc in Geophysics and Seismology from the same university.
